I haven't received my reward yet.

Rewards take up to three days to process. Sometimes payments can take longer to process during busier periods or while we restock rewards. You can check the status of your rewards by going to

If your reward is marked as paid but you haven't received it (and you've waited an hour or so), please let us know so we can resend your payment. If your rewards are still pending, you usually won't need to get in touch as we'll be aware of any problems.
